Wesley Hickman

Battalion Chief Wesley Hickman first entered the fire service in 1999 after graduating high school. He started as a volunteer with Maury County Fire and is still active with them today. He started with Spring Hill Fire Department in July 2006 and has served as an Engineer, Lieutenant, and Captain before his promotion to Battalion Chief in November 2021. 

Chief Hickman earned his Bachelor of Science in Fire Administration and is currently working to complete his Master of Science in Fire Executive Leadership with a concentration in Public Administration.

Charles Estes

Battalion Chief Chuck Estes entered the fire service in December 1999 with Giles County Fire & Rescue. In August 2004, he began his employment with the Spring Hill Fire Department, serving as Firefighter, Engineer, Lieutenant, and Captain. He currently holds the position of Battalion Chief supervising the day-to-day operations of B-Shift.

Chief Estes is a Tennessee State Certified Fire Instructor 1, Fire Officer 2, and Advanced Emergency Medical Technician.

Brian Garza

Battalion Chief Brian Garza began his career with Spring Hill Fire Department as a volunteer in June of 2003 and was hired to full-time status in December of that same year. He was promoted through the ranks and became interim Fire Chief in October 2013. He was promoted Battalion Chief in August of 2014.
