Police Department Headquarters

On Monday, March 6, the Spring Hill Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) voted to approve a contract between the City of Spring Hill and Hensel Phelps Construction Company to begin the construction of the new police headquarters. The contract was approved in the amount of $37,500,000.

The new facility, off Port Royal Road, will feature 60,000 square feet of space for our law enforcement officers to utilize. Below is a rendering of the planned site.

The headquarters will take an estimated 20 months to complete and should be up and running in 2025.

June 26, 2023 — Groundbreaking

On Monday, June 26, City of Spring Hill officials gathered for the groundbreaking at the site of the future Spring Hill Police Headquarters. You can watch some of the highlights from the ceremony in the video below.

August 2023

New renderings prepared by Hensel Phelps show the full planned construction process, which is planned for completion in April 2025.
