Police Department Headquarters

On Monday, March 6, the Spring Hill Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) voted to approve a contract between the City of Spring Hill and Hensel Phelps Construction Company to begin the construction of the new police headquarters. The contract was approved in the amount of $37,500,000.

The new facility, off Port Royal Road, features 60,000 square feet of space for our law enforcement officers to utilize.

June 26, 2023 — Groundbreaking

On Monday, June 26, City of Spring Hill officials gathered for the groundbreaking at the site of the future Spring Hill Police Headquarters.

August 2023

New renderings prepared by Hensel Phelps show the full planned construction process, which is planned for completion in April 2025.


February 29, 2024

Hensel Phelps Construction Company hosts a topping-out ceremony to celebrate the final beam being put into place on the future Police Department HQ.

May 6, 2025

On Tuesday, May 6, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, along with local, county, and state leaders, celebrated the ribbon cutting at the brand new Spring Hill Police Department Headquarters!
