  3. Planning Commission meetings are currently being held remotely via Microsoft Teams.  The day and time have not changed. Staff will invite the “applicant” on the submitted application to this meeting. If this notice needs to be forwarded to another individual it will be the applicant’s responsibility to do so. In order to participate in the meeting, you will need to have access to a computer with a video/microphone capability or cell phone. It is recommended that you ensure you will have the capability of joining the meeting prior to the meeting start time. A meeting will not be held at City Hall.
  4. Due to the virtual meetings, the public will not be able to provide any live public comment during Planning Commission or Board of Zoning Appeals meetings. The City has created email addresses for the public to submit their comments. All comments should be submitted by noon of the meeting date. For the Planning Commission, comments should be emailed to PCPublicComment@springhilltn.org and BOZAPublicComment@springhilltn.org for the Board of Zoning Appeals.
