  4. The undersigned does hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify Spring Hill Parks and Recreation, and its employees and agents and Spring Hill, Tennessee, its employees and agents from any claim arising from the conduct of this activity on the city park/city property. The undersigned will not hold Spring Hill Parks and Recreation its employees and agents and Spring Hill, Tennessee, its employees and agents responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items. This agreement will be binding on the undersigned‘s successors, assigns, or heir. The undersigned freely and voluntarily signs this agreement in consideration of being allowed to participate in the above described activity.

    I grant to Spring Hill Parks and Recreation, its employees and agents and Spring Hill, Tennessee, its employees, volunteers and agents legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me and/or my minor children, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval. I hereby release Spring Hill Parks and Recreation, its employees and agents and Spring Hill, Tennessee, its employees, volunteers and agents’ legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

    Food Vendors must be Licensed/Permitted with the City of Spring Hill

    1. Food vendors must display health inspection scores
    2. Vendors must have a current up-to-date fire extinguisher in the tent, truck, trailer, etc.
    3. All food vendors must be inspected by the Spring Hill’s Fire Marshall to inspect their facility once they are set-up.
    4. Vendors may distribute information on upcoming events.
    5. All vendors must be set-up and have their vehicles parked in the designated vendor parking 30 minutes before the event
    is scheduled to begin.
    6. All vendors are expected to man their booths until the event has ended… DO NOT LEAVE EARLY!
    7. If you have a crowd and wish to stay later you may… But do not teardown early.
