Since the unfortunate Nov. 3 cyber attack on the City of Spring Hill, City email has been restored as of Nov. 14, and our computer-aided emergency dispatch system is expected to be restored by Thursday, Nov. 16.
Unfortunately, we are still unable to process credit/debit card payments (online, by phone, or in person) for utility billing, court fines, permits, business licenses, or other types of City payments. Automatic payments also are still not processing at this time. Utility bills and other payments to the City of Spring Hill should be made in person by cash, check or money order at City Hall, mailed in, or dropped off in the night depository in front of City Hall.
There will be no late fees charged this month due to the technical difficulty we are experiencing. Our staff is working hard to restore the system as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time and we apologize for the inconvenience.
