For years, the Crossings Circle Roundabout leading into The Crossings at Spring Hill shopping center had repeated issues with potholes because of improper construction by its original builder of the base layer under the pavement. The City of Spring Hill rehabilitated the circle's subsurface, removed the old pavers, and repaved it within two weeks.
