After a lengthy public input process, the BOMA approved the new "Spring Hill Rising" Comprehensive Plan update, our community's vision for how our city will develop over the next 20 years. A Comp Plan Steering Committee was appointed in December, and a community survey of residents that garnered 1,847 responses helped shape that vision.
