Beginning July 1, 2023, Spring Hill residents will notice a sanitation rate change on their monthly bills.
The "City Services" fee, which was previously $5.74 per month, will be increased by $1.00.
This fee increase is to help cover the cost of services throughout the city.
This brings the overall sanitation rate to $22.25 per month. Sanitation charges include City Services, Trash, and Recycling.
This comes as a result of Resolution 22-189, which was passed by BOMA in September 2022.
