Spring Hill's Board of Mayor and Alderman launched the new Youth Litter Challenge during a regular open meeting at City Hall on Feb. 21. Mayor Jim Hagaman thanked Alderman Jason Cox for spearheading the effort--as well as the highly successful Adopt-a-Street program. The Youth Litter Challenge features cash prizes for the highest achievers funded by a donation from Waste Management, the City's recycling and trash partner.
