Governor Bill Lee has issued three new executive orders in regard to COVID-19 and local government operations. Executive Order 65 extends the ability to hold remote meetings across local governments in Tennessee in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Executive Order 66 extends remote notarization and witnessing of documents. Executive Order 67 extends, among other things, the ability for local County Mayors to implement mask requirements for 60 days, or Dec. 29th, 2020.
