Need help during the winter storm? Here's a look at Spring Hill resources:
EMERGENCIES: If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911. The Spring Hill Police Department and Spring Hill Fire Department will be operating throughout this winter weather event, as always.
ELECTRICAL/POWER OUTAGES: The City of Spring Hill is not your electric provider. The City is serviced by Middle Tennessee Electric, CPWS, and Duck River Electric. Please refer to your individual provider for any electrical questions or needs.
ROAD CONDITIONS: The City of Spring Hill snowplows do not clear subdivisions. Do not call City Hall with road clearing requests. The plows will strictly stick to the Snow Routes: https://ow.ly/W9sL50Y1Qv9
DOWNED TREES: Please report any downed trees in the roadway to the non-emergency dispatch line at (931) 486-2632. Dispatchers will coordinate with City crews for removal.
POTHOLES: Any roadway damage/potholes can be reported through the Citizen Portal online: https://ow.ly/UUpu50Y1Qva
TRASH: Any delays in trash/recycling pickups will be communicated to you through City of Spring Hill channels. Find more info here: https://ow.ly/6qyv50Y2UKu
