Building Codes & Inspection

The City of Spring Hill Building Codes and Inspection Department provides building inspection services to assure compliance with the 2018 International Residential Code. 
  

The City of Spring Hill has adopted the 2018 Build Codes and 2018 Swimming Pool and Spa Codes by Ordinance 20-16 to become effect November 30, 2020.

NOTICE FEE INCREASE  March 1, 2022

The City of Spring Hill is providing the following notice in accordance with Title 5, Chapter 5, Section 517 of the Municipal Code.  This section of the code provides for an automatic annual adjustment for Roadway Impact Fees based on the Engineering News Record Construction Cost index.  The fees will be increased by 5.51% effective March 1st, 2022.  The new fee schedule is included for your convenience

Commercial Plan Submittal:  When submitting Commercial Plans, please email Chris Brooks at Cbrooks@springhilltn.org before submitting you plans.
 
Please be sure to Email all inspections into the Codes office at Permits@Springhilltn.org 
before 2:30 P.M. the day before you need the inspection.
