Notice: PUBLIC NOTICE MEETING

• Take notice that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Spring Hill will meet in a special called session on the time and date written above. The meeting will be held in the Court Room at City Hall for purpose of discussing and acting on the following items:

  Consider Second and Final Reading of Ordinance 10-15, to adopt the annual budget and tax rate for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2011.

  Consider Second and Final Reading of Ordinance 10-22, approval of the amended budget for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009 and ending June 30, 2010.

  The Public is invited to attend.

Notice: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

• Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee, for PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES SANITARY SEWER FLOW MONITORING AND ANALYSIS at City Hall, 199 Town Center Parkway, Spring Hill, Tennessee  37174.   The envelope containing the proposal must be sealed and plainly marked "Proposal for Sanitary Sewer Flow Monitoring and Analysis "

  Proposals must be made on the Proposal Forms and in accordance with Instructions to Bidders furnished by the City of Spring Hill.

  The defined terms appearing in the General Specifications apply to all Contract Documents.
