Starting Monday, April 29, Spring Hill drivers will notice some changes in the timing of the traffic signals along U.S. 31/S.R. 6 (Main Street/Columbia Pike).
Following an extensive traffic signal study, traffic engineers will be making adjustments the week of April 22-26 to signal settings along the entire stretch of U.S. 31 through Spring Hill, from Buckner Road to Crossings Circle Boulevard.
After many months of study, data collection and analysis along the route, the signal setting changes are being made strategically while school is still in session to test the new settings in a worst-case traffic scenario.
