As part of TDOT’s scheduled $1.2 million paving of U.S. 31/S.R. 6 (Main St./Columbia Pike) through Spring Hill, guardrail repair and installation work will be done Thursday, April 20, through Tuesday, April 25. Some preliminary work began Wednesday, April 19.
There will be daily single-lane closures between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Expect traffic delays.
This portion of the project will include replacing an old guardrail along a bridge near the Maury County line, north of Duplex Road, and installing a new guardrail along a culvert near Advanced Auto Parts on the north end of the city.
