Online Payments


The online payment option is temporarily unavailable while the City is experiencing technical difficulties due to a cyber-attack. Thank you for your patience in this matter. Our team is working vigorously to restore our computer system and the availability of online payments.

The City of Spring Hill was recently the victim of a cyber-attack halting the City’s ability to send or receive email, and limiting our ability to accept payments for utility billing, permits, business licenses, court fees, or other types of payments.

We do not believe any City information, including customer account information, was stolen or compromised during this attack. However, due to our computer servers being locked by this attack, we are unable to process credit or debit card payments of any kind (online, by phone, or in person) at this time. Utility bills and other City payments may be made in person by cash, check or money order, or dropped off in the night depository in front of City Hall.

Until the system has been restored, we will not be able to access customer billing accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
